Hollyburn Country Club’s Bar & Grill is an upscale dining experience to which I was the Creative Manager and Graphic Designer for almost 9 years. Over this time they introduced different executive chefs who would embellish and revamp the entire menus from scratch. This was a fun opportunity for myself as I would be able to completely reshape the member dining experience from the menu’s perspective.

Each new menu launch I would wear different hats as project manager, food photographer and of course layout designer.
